Shipping
We ship across Ukraine with Nova Poshta — to a branch, parcel locker or by courier. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; we send a tracking number once shipped.
Payment
Pay by card online (Visa / Mastercard) at checkout, or cash on delivery. All online payments are secure.
Exchanges & returns
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it keeps its original look, tags and packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for defects.
Garment care
Most pieces use delicate fabrics. We recommend hand washing or a gentle cycle up to 30°C, no wringing or tumble drying. Iron inside out.
